The Role


As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will be a key contributor to the success of our Partner Marketing initiatives, reporting to the VP of Partner Marketing. In this role, you will take ownership of our global events programs and campaigns for our Partner Ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive impactful marketing campaigns. This position requires a hands-on approach, strategic thinking, and the ability to excel in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement campaigns that align with our key quarterly marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing programs and initiatives.

Event Management

  • Own the planning and execution of Go Beyond (partner element) events across multiple locations.
  • Plan and execute the BeyondTech program in alignment with Go Beyond.
  • Build and manage high-target sponsorship programs for upcoming events.

Campaign Management

  • Create and execute comprehensive partner-to-partner marketing campaigns that raise awareness of BT and our products
  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization for partner marketing team initiatives
  • Identify and secure necessary assets and resources for marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure promotion across internal partner platforms

Global Coordination

  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure marketing assets meet local partner needs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with departmental goals.

Process Improvement

  • Establish and refine processes for efficient event and campaign management.
  • Ensure processes are followed

Performance Reporting

  • Develop and deliver regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting on the output of our campaigns, searching for ways we can optimize and improve.
  • Report on the success of our events

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience with building event programs
  • Strong experience with creating and running global campaigns.
  • Tenacious and resilient, able to influence without authority
  • Be able to prioritize and get the right things done
  • Highly collaborative
  • Excellent project management skills to manage multiple initiatives, strategic partners, and stakeholders simultaneously to drive independent outcomes
  • Strong analytical ability to review activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM (e.g. Salesforce) essential
