The Role

The Technical Enablement team is responsible for equipping our employees, partners, and customers to be successful through engaging and effective onboarding and continuous learning programs.

BeyondTrust is seeking a Technical Enablement Project Coordinator to join our team and ensure the success of our global enablement programs. This role will serve in three primary ways. First, coordination of projects across our three audiences will establish governance of processes with consistency in formatting, accuracy, and validity. Second, report generation will surface platform usage and compliance regarding knowledge standards. Finally, evaluation and analysis of trends will provide feedback to stakeholders for program maturity improvements. In this way the role will support alignment, content reuse, and collaborative development of knowledge management across all technical enablement initiatives, as well as updates to our enablement roadmap.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate projects across customer, employee, and partner audiences to ensure governance of processes with consistency in formatting, accuracy, and validity (expiring / downgrading old content)
  • Generate reporting that highlights use of platforms and compliance regarding knowledge standards
  • Evaluate and analyze trends providing feedback to stakeholders for program maturity improvements
  • Assist the Technical Enablement Program Managers in the development & maintenance of core Programs, including project documentation, creating schedules, project plans and success metrics
  • Track & Manage Project Details ensuring enablement projects remain on track
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to the program manager, project team members and wider stakeholders
  • Escalate risks and issues to the Technical Enablement Program Manager and ensure follow through to resolve or mitigate risk
  • Effectively manage technical and non-technical project issues to resolution
  • Build strong relationships, reputation, credibility, and influence with key stakeholders across the business to drive consensus and alignment and evangelize our programs
  • Track & Report on metrics to measure the effectiveness of the program and periodically evaluate and improve programs based on feedback
  • Assist with team procedural documentation and process development

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent 1-2yrs Experience in Education, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and priortize workload
  • Desire to learn at pace & ability to deal with continuous change
  • Ability to learn required technical knowledge relating to BeyondTrust Products

Nice To Have

  • Personality to establish and maintain strong relationships with teams you support and become a valued partner to them
  • 1-2 yrs experience in Software/Cybersecurity
  • Project management or training experience
  • Proficiency with Atlassian, Salesforce, LMS and/or Project Management Tools (e.g. MS Projects, Asana etc.)
