BeyondTrust uses the sub-processors and affiliates below when providing its services to customers. These sub-processors and affiliates process customer personal data on behalf of BeyondTrust’s customers and in accordance with customers’ instructions as conveyed by BeyondTrust.
We make sure that appropriate diligence checks are carried out on our sub-processors to ensure that they provide an appropriate level of privacy and security to customer data in light of the services they provide to BeyondTrust.

If you have entered into BeyondTrust’s DPA, please note that once you receive notification of the engagement of a new sub-processor, you may object to the appointment provided that you notify BeyondTrust in writing within thirty (30) days of receiving the notification, or within such other period of time as provided by your DPA.
Please send your objection via email to dataprotectionofficer@beyondtrust.com with the subject “Sub-Processor Objection” and include the grounds for objection. If you do not object within such notice period, the appointment of the new sub-processor shall be deemed to have been accepted. In any case, the objection process as described in your DPA shall apply.
